Massive (sometimes called UseMassive) is legit. Real product, real users, working AI.

We're a competitor — Sorce is in the same category — and we'd rather you knew that up front. Here's the honest review.

What Massive actually does

Massive is an AI-powered job-search platform. You build a profile, the AI surfaces matching roles, and Massive helps you tailor and apply. The framing is "AI co-pilot" rather than "AI autopilot" — you stay in the loop.

The apply side is more guided than fully automated. Massive helps tailor your resume and cover letter, then walks you through submitting.

What we liked

  • Clean discovery. AI matching surfaces roles you might not have found on a generic board.
  • Co-pilot framing fits some users. People who don't want pure autopilot but want AI assistance get something here.
  • Free tier exists. Real, if limited.

What we didn't

  • Apply flow isn't full auto. Compared to agent-driven tools (Sorce, JobCopilot, JobRight), the apply step requires more clicks.
  • Web-first, no native mobile app.
  • Free tier is limited. Most apply-side features are paid.

Pricing (as of May 2026)

Free tier with limits, paid tiers for higher volume. Cite their pricing page.

Real user signal

  • G2 — "Useful for finding roles I wouldn't have surfaced manually. The AI suggestions are smart." Real signal.
  • Reddit — Generally positive on discovery; some users wanted deeper auto-apply.

Should you use Massive?

Use Massive if:

  • You want an AI co-pilot, not full autopilot.
  • You're a desktop user.
  • You want to stay in the loop on every step of the apply flow.

Use Sorce instead if:

  • You want full AI auto-apply (agent submits for you).
  • You want a real free tier with the AI included.
  • You job-hunt on your phone.
  • You want the largest jobs database in the category (5M+ open roles).
