Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Supervisor responsible for leading a team, enhancing customer relationships, and managing customer order processes in a medical device company.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service/success role
- 3 years of experience as a supervisor of a growing team
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- CRM tools (Salesforce)
