Job Summary
Licensed Respiratory Therapist for in-home patient care across Lincoln and surrounding areas. Responsible for assessment of equipment needs, selection, instruction, and troubleshooting of respiratory devices (CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen concentrators) and other DME. Travel within the assigned territory to support multiple locations; provide administrative support as needed; train and assist with daily operations of Respiratory Therapy including vents, intake, coverage, and quality assurance. Communicate with physicians and families, involve patient and caregiver in equipment selection, and ensure compliance with policies. Rotate to various branches as needed; support staffing coverage and scheduling. Hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
- Respiratory care experience and/or home care experience in the field of respiratory care
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
