Job Summary
The Merchandising Manager is responsible for the strategic development and execution of point-of-purchase merchandising programs and retail advertising initiatives. This role demands strong project execution, budget management, and high attention to detail. Key responsibilities include developing cost-effective POP programs, managing timelines aligned with product launches, leading planogram strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing, and serving as a liaison among various departments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and over 7 years of relevant experience, particularly in managing complex projects and an understanding of 3-dimensional merchandising.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field.
- 7+ years of merchandising, retail marketing, or related experience.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong 3-dimensional merchandising understanding (POP, packaging, display structures).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Blue Yonder Space Planning planogram software required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with international teams preferred.
- Strong written communication skills for global specification clarity.
- Proven ability to manage workload in high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
