Job Summary

Market Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle for GolfNow products, including prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, relationship-building, account penetration, and account management. Responsibilities include outside sales calls to golf course partners, presenting and closing customized solutions, CRM activity documentation, and regular reporting to the Regional Director. The role requires strong account management, knowledge of the local golf economy, and the ability to implement marketing strategies to grow partner rounds and revenue, with a focus on achieving defined performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Wisconsin area or work from the HQ in Orlando, Florida
  • Must be able to travel regularly, work overtime, and on weekends as necessary
  • College degree, preferred

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with online distribution platforms/technology a plus
  • Sales development and/or strategy experience
  • Digital sales and marketing experience a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics and goals
