Job Summary
Manufacturing Lead responsible for coordinating departmental activities focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency, requiring leadership, communication skills, and experience in manufacturing environments. High school diploma and five years relevant experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education (GED)
- Five years of relevant experience and/or training
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately measure a manufactured part using advanced metrology equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to operate material handling equipment including overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and fork trucks
- Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) preferred
- Proficient math, reading and computer skills; knowledge of MS office preferred
- Ability to interpret part prints
- Ability to function well in a team environment
- Ability to work overtime when required
