Job Summary
Lead Fulfillment Associate on-site at Crafty’s Fairfield, NJ Fulfillment Center. Responsible for supporting inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment workflows with accuracy and efficiency; serves as an informal on-floor leader, mentoring and training teammates and driving accountability to operational standards. Targets include 98.5% inventory audit score, ≤2% hard error rate, and improvements in Units Per Hour (UPH) through coaching and process optimization. Requires 3+ years in warehouse roles with leadership responsibilities, experience with warehouse management systems, Shopify and Shipstation, and food & beverage shipping. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday with specific shift times; compensation starts at $25/hour. Benefits include healthcare, 401k, PTO, certification courses, parental leave, snacks, and events.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in various warehouse roles with administrative and leadership responsibilities
- Experience using warehouse management systems, Google Suite, e-commerce platforms (Shopify & Shipstation)
- Food and beverage industry experience
- Parcel and LTL shipping experience
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship/training abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in product processing, inventory, labeling, and order verification
- Ability to lead informally, guide peers, and ensure adherence to operational standards
