Mandatory qualifications include previous Front Office supervisory or management experience, high school graduation or equivalent, strong communication skills in English, proficiency in handling cash, knowledge of computer systems and property management systems, and experience with cost controls. The role requires reliability, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility in scheduling.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous Front Office supervisor or management experience
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, co-workers and vendors
  • Ability to accurately compute and manipulate mathematical calculations
  • Previous experience in cash handling
  • Computer knowledge in Windows environment as well as proficiency in property management system
  • Experience with cost controls and yield management
  • Ability to work a variety of varying schedules
  • Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public

Desired Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Ability to communicate in a second language
  • Management experience working at a 3-diamond hotel
  • Knowledge of various systems such as Autoclerk, and Opera
