Job Summary
The Corporate Document Control Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the document management system, overseeing document lifecycle control, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. This role includes processing document change requests, providing training on document control procedures, and maintaining the Master Document List. Key competencies required include detail orientation, system administration, compliance rigor, strong organizational skills, and communication skills. The position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in an ISO-certified environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated document control role in an ISO-certified environment
- Experience with eDMS platforms and compliance requirements
- Basic personal computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
- Experience supporting multi-site document control programs
- Computer Operations

- Must be able to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Card)
