Job Summary

The Compliance Billing Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Compliance Billing department, handling day-to-day tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with projects to ensure efficient departmental operations. Responsibilities include processing customer invoices, preparing payment applications, processing lien waivers, maintaining third-party billing portals, supporting certificate of insurance requests, and monitoring inboxes to respond to internal and external requests. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and clerical/administrative experience; strong attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams; ability to learn proprietary software; effective verbal and written communication; and team-oriented collaboration. Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of clerical or administrative experience in an office environment
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing calculations, basic arithmetic, and understanding percentages as it relates to billing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and working in a Microsoft Teams environment
  • Ability to learn and work within proprietary software
  • Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to display professionalism when communicating with customers and co-workers
  • Work effectively in a team environment, assisting others when needed
  • Construction office experience, preferred
  • Current Ohio Notary, preferred
