Business Development Representative - Saudi National Required

Job Summary
BDR role focused on connecting senior enterprise prospects with Strategy’s Sales Team across the MEA region. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, delivering sales-ready opportunities, setting up initial meetings between prospects and Account Executives, conducting presentations and demos as experience grows, driving pipeline and revenue, coordinating with Marketing, and utilizing tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Salesforce. Requires strong communication to articulate Strategy’s value proposition to buyer personas, ability to drive participation in events and on-site meetings at tradeshows, and collaboration across Marketing and Sales to optimize pipeline. Fluency in Arabic and English is required; hybrid work setup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the SaaS software industry
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
- Ability to adapt and excel in a changing industry
- Willingness to learn new concepts, industries, and tools
- Effective time-management skills
- Experience in a results-driven environment
- Degree educated or equivalent academic/work experience
