Job Summary
The Area Director of Revenue Management is responsible for implementing and optimizing Revenue Management policies and strategies to maximize profitability for hotel rooms and food & beverage within an assigned area. Key responsibilities include developing pricing strategies, overseeing revenue management strategies for regional hotels, conducting audits, and providing analytical support to enhance performance and compliance with standards. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with hotel management systems. Ideal applicants bring extensive experience in revenue management and hospitality operations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in revenue management or analytical roles
- A minimum of five (5) years cross-functional experience in hotel management or related industry
- A minimum of four (4) years of managerial experience
- BA/BS bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience

- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools
