Sorce

Sorce is tinder but for jobs. Since our inception in Aug. 2024, we've facilitated over 7.5 million swipes, helping candidates secure hundreds of interviews daily. Our users have received interviews & offers from prestigious companies such as Peloton, the University of Pennsylvania, Vercel, Robinhood, Geico, Red Bull, and Bank of America.

Our app currently hosts 1.6 million jobs, and this number is growing rapidly. We're still colege students (at time of writing) and the reason we started working on this problem was because we were tired of the repetitive job applications we had to fill out when we applied fo internships. Sorce is really simple. After you upload your resume, you can swipe right on jobs you want and swipe left on the jobs you don't want. When a user swipes right, our AI Agent navigates to the company's website and applies on their behalf. This solves the annoying problem of filling out applications and managing multiple passwords. If you want to read more about people who have used Sorce, check out our case studies.

One thing that has surprised us is how diverse our user base has become. Sorce now caters to job seekers across the entire employment spectrum - from entry-level retail positions to senior executive roles in software engineering, marketing, and sales. Our platform serves everyone, regardless of industry or experience level. Unlike job marketplaces, Sorce is not a marketplace (at least for now). Instead, we scrape jobs just like Indeed, but with a significant enhancement - we help you apply.

We're really excited about Sorce and the future of hiring. If you want to reach out, please email us at founders@sorce.jobs.
